Speckled Trout: Controversy & Fact Highlight Radio Show
Saltwater Catch the state’s leading fisheries website premieres its radio program today! Tune into WNBU 94.1FM at 12:30PM for the premiere edition with your host Bill Hitchcock. It will air every Tuesday & Thursday at 12:30PM and Tuesday evenings at 6:30PM
This weeks program is dedicated to speckled trout. Captain Owen Lupton will discuss recent weather events and how it effects speckled trout migration and location. Christine Jenson with the NC Division of Marine Fisheries will reveal unknown facts about speckled trout, fishing pressures, who is actually responsible for the bulk of trout mortality and stock status issues.
Bill Hitchcock will be discussing the very controversial game fish status of speckled trout and how some small factions are attempting to push their agenda onto the citizens of North Carolina.
The Saltwater Catch radio program airs every Tuesday & Thursday at 12:30PM and Tuesday evenings at 6:30PM on WNBU 94.1FM. The Show will also be archived at the Saltwater Catch website.
